RETURN POLICY and RMA POLICY
Computer products, Electronic products, Video products, Wireless Accessories, Computer Accessories or PDAs that are defective or opened may only be exchanged within 14 days of your product's shipping date for the same item only. No refunds or exceptions are available for these items.
Refused packages or returned, undeliverable packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless it is a Digitalbuys error. No exceptions.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any returns without RMA# will void RMA request and product will either be returned to you COD or placed on-hold until you make your own arrangements to have product picked up and returned to you.
Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Damaged packaging, missing components are subject to 20% restocking fee.
If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement, if still available from the manufacturer, after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied after we receive the product you are returning and the RMA has been completed. RMAs are processed in the order they are received.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost on all returns unless Digitalbuys ships you the wrong product.
Due to manufacturer's policies, items on Digitalbuys Store may be listed as a special return. These items will have to be returned or exchanged directly with the manufacturer.
To contact a manufacturer who has a special returns policy, please be prepared to provide the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number and Manufacturer Part Number of the product.
UNOPENED RETURNS
For most unopened items, you have 14 days to request a return authorization number from the date of shipment. The credit that you receive will be for the full amount minus shipping charges. If the shipping was free for your order, you will receive your credit minus the actual shipping costs.
OPENED RETURNS
For most open box returns, you have 14 days to request a return authorization number from the date of shipment. The credit that you receive will be for the returned product minus a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges.
